Call or email our team to brief them on the work you need completed.

Our team will make arrangements to obtain any documents needed and run a conflict check to make sure Amata is not supporting an attorney on the other side of your case.

We Do The Work

Your project will be entered into our case management software and tracked through completion.

We will be in contact with you on a regular basis regarding the progress of your project, as well as any questions and/or concerns we may have in order to ensure the work is being completed to your specifications.

The Matter Is Closed

Upon completion of the work, all documents will be returned to you or destroyed, based on your instructions.

An itemized invoice will be provided so you can invoice your client as appropriate.

Need to obtain a death certificate, but you aren’t planning to come to the city today? No problem.

Amata has team members at the Daley Center, County Clerk's Office, Recorder’s office, Secretary of State, Sheriff’s office and at the Federal building every day. We can pay for and pick up certificates, search the court docket, deliver courtesy copies or anything else you need done.
